Dear member/supporter,
We recently sent out an email to good folk like you, to rally support for Jack Brookes, Reform UK’s candidate in the upcoming Birmingham Erdington by-election on Thursday 3rd of March 2022.
While we got an excellent response, if we’re going to snatch this seat away from the lacklustre major parties, we will need your help too.
It surely can’t have escaped your notice that the Conservative Party is failing dramatically on every level, like a chicken that turns up every day at feeding time, but refuses to lay any eggs.
Whichever pressing issue you look at, the Tories are talking a good plan, while delivering nothing of the sort.
Our history, cultural heritage and traditions are continually under attack by the radical left. But not a squeak of support from the faux Conservatives.
The Home Office tosses out tiny crumbs of verbal comfort over illegal immigration, but we need meat and potatoes with lashings of gravy, not crumbs.
Although Tories claim this is the answer to the problem, nobody else believes the government’s Nationality and Borders Bill will make a jot of difference to the Armada of illegal immigrants heading towards our beaches.
Rising costs are spreading genuine fear, and many are starting to experience a reduced standard of living. Inflation is currently 5.4% and rising, and the cost of living looks set to get worse.
As Boris Johnson fights to save his political career, the uncosted and hugely unpopular Green Revolution is still a top Tory objective. It’s hard to find a member of the public who believes that installing costly and ineffective heat pumps will save the planet.
Increases in tax and National Insurance contributions, are threatening to choke back the country’s shaky recovery. Reform UK proposes to sweep away bureaucracy while lowering taxes, to put our economy on steroids.
Due to the Conservatives neglectful mismanagement of the UK’s energy supplies over the past decade or so, we are now obliged to pay escalating energy prices over which we have no control.
Reform UK proposes that we should take full advantage of our abundant energy supplies in the North Sea, while investing in the new generation of nuclear reactors, and accessing the £1 trillion of shale gas beneath our feet.
The unrealistic dash for “Net Zero” would be more sensibly replaced by investing in new technologies as they become available. In a measured way, this would contribute towards a cleaner atmosphere, without bankrupting the nation.
It’s hard to contemplate, but the Labour Party is even further out of step with the general public. They passionately support open borders, the Tory’s 2050 target for “Net Zero”, and they obsess over some very dubious ideological fantasies regarding gender and race.
Furthermore, both Labour and the Lib Dems are furtively clinging on to the idea that the UK should rejoin the European Union. If that doesn’t give you nightmares, nothing will.
Reform UK is now the fastest-growing political party. There’s a lot of hard work going on behind-the-scenes, and the list of dedicated candidates is now way beyond 300, and growing rapidly. The party is well on the way to having 600+ candidates in time for the next general election.
The party has an expanding list of common sense policies and plans, but we need to increase the size of our footprint so more voters can become aware of the advantages we offer the country.
Winning a Parliamentary seat would boost Reform UK’s visibility dramatically. But even coming second or third in the by-election, would have a tremendous effect on Reform UK’s political standing.
This would gain us more media scrutiny, more positive support from the electorate, and we might even pick up an MP or two, who may decide to join us from other parties.
And this is why your help is of paramount importance. If we collectively put our shoulders against the wheel in Birmingham Erdington, we can chip away at the unfair dominance of the two-party system.
While Labour and the Lib Dems would happily tie us back into EU control, many also feel the Conservative party has not fully exploited the opportunities that our independence affords us.
In the 2015 general election, UKIP came third after Labour and the Conservatives, which indicates that Brexit is an important factor in the Birmingham Erdington constituency.
Reform UK recognises the need to reduce bureaucracy and paperwork for exporters. We also recognise the need to set a deadline for invoking article 16 of the Northern Ireland protocol to remove EU interference in our sovereign territory.
Whether you have plenty of time to spare, or just a few hours, Reform UK’s team in the Birmingham Erdington constituency is hoping you will help to spread the word and make a difference.

Dear member/supporter,
As is traditional, we start with the bad news, but stay with us to the end, as we have some positive alternatives to lift your spirits!
Like many of us, you will likely have become increasingly dismayed at how our “Conservative” administration is carelessly failing the people of this great country of ours.
You probably have your own personal list of government failures and policy disappointments. However, near the top of the list is the burgeoning illegal immigration problem, with this January’s RIB arrivals more than six times what they were during the same period last year. And this clearly indicates a potential for record numbers of migrants arriving during the months ahead.
Right up there alongside out-of-control immigration, we have the threat of the unpopular, unaffordable and unachievable Green Revolution. This costly eco-plan adds a significant green energy tax to our rising industrial and domestic energy bills. The Tory’s “Net Zero” by 2050 target, appears to many voters like a hopelessly ambitious dream.
The spiralling cost of living increases, driven by rocketing inflation, surging energy prices, and crippling tax and National Insurance increases, will clearly ravage our struggling economy and devastate personal finances, particularly for pensioners and those in lower income brackets.
We don’t want to be bailed out as planned, by loans from Rishi Sunak, which we will pay back in higher taxes later. What we need is the “Net Smart” energy policy proposed by Reform UK, which aims to make the UK self-sufficient in energy.
We only have space in this message to skip briefly over a handful of the worst aspects, but in reality it’s a long and detailed list of lapses by an out-of-control government, which is haemorrhaging trust hand over fist.
Our grim social and economic outlook has been clumsily engineered by a government that’s floundering helplessly under the weight of its own incompetence.
Protesting, shouting and throwing things at the TV, might make you feel better for an hour or so, but enough is enough, and it’s time to take positive action. With a little perspiration and some focused political activity, together we can expose and punish Tory complacency.
And that’s where you come in!
You may be aware that Reform UK is now the fastest-growing political party in the UK. Voters from all ends of the spectrum have started transferring their voting intentions towards Richard Tice and the team of hand-picked candidates he’s been building behind-the-scenes.
Reform’s positive performance in by-elections has now pushed us head and shoulders above the wannabe small parties. The top 5 parties in the UK are now Conservative, Labour, Lib Dem, the Greens, and Reform UK.
With a little valuable help from you, and a number of other like minded individuals, together we can elbow our way further up the league table. Can you imagine what an impact winning a seat in Parliament would have?
The latest by-election at Birmingham Erdington could be the one that pushes the party right into the limelight. A good result would likely cause media outlets to sit up and take notice. Disgruntled Labour and Conservative voters might start taking a closer look at what we stand for. We might even attract an MP or two to join us from other parties.
If Jack Brookes, our local candidate in the upcoming by-election in the Birmingham Erdington constituency on 3rd March 2022, was to gain a seat in Parliament, this would represent a huge leap forward for Reform UK.
To make this happen, we need your energy and passion to help us saturate the Erdington constituency with news of Reform UK’s common sense policies and plans.
Whether you have a lot of time to spare, or just a few hours here and there, there is a variety of ways you can help raise the profile of Reform UK throughout the streets of the Erdington constituency.
With your help, Reform UK can challenge the big political players, and maybe win our first Parliamentary seat.
The stakes are high!
This is so important. A win for Reform UK in Birmingham could give confidence to hesitant voters elsewhere, still clinging desperately onto the Conservative Party, in the vain hope that things will come good.
So, please get in touch with Reform UK’s Birmingham Erdington by-election team, where you will be made very welcome!
