Unless otherwise requested, I usually agree a price per project. That’s a firm quote, which gives you the comfort of knowing the price won’t escalate.
The quoted price allows for the completed text as agreed, plus two revisions. Further revisions or project expansion will be subject to additional cost – to be agreed.
